I've been keeping a wallchart at home, counting down the days to the NABBA south east and noticed this morning that there are 187 days to go. When it was in the 200s it seemed like ages away, but this doesn't sound very long at all Question is: at this point, what condition would I be expected to be in. What should I be focusing on and what can I put on the back burner till nearer the time? I've got a plan with my coach but it would be great to get other people's experience and opinions. Cheers |

My idea was to do a Dorian and disappear into my bunker for 11 months, only to emerge to show the world at my best. Roughly translated, that means, I think I look way off right now and am too embarrassed to put pics up. Tonight, I'll do a full shave and take my camera to the gym tomorrow. | |

My tip would be to enjoy your food as much as possible right now, cos you'll miss it when it's gone. Don't start cutting things out and cleaning up your diet, just start dieting when planned. I've always kept a journal of every diet i've done, including a photo every two weeeks. it helps you in future having something to refer back to and seeing what mistakes were made and where. And most importantly of all, when you get close to contest shape, you're ripped and full, post some pics of you training in the t-shirt i sent you ![]() |

THEN you will know how your meant to look at the start of a diet! youve got someone helping you who knows your body and knows how you shoudl change and will advise you on this... let others give you their opinion.. but dont make the mistake of listening to too many people... lots of people make this mistake when they are inexperienced! its a learning curve your at the bottom of... but you have a guide there with you... let him do his job and it will all come together.... stray from the path he chooses and you may look good/great/sh*t... either way youll either not understand why or not be able to reproduce that same outcome inthe future! ______________________ If your not a part of the greatest... you got to be the greatest yourself!
