Just heard that Malika is now WPF european figure overall champion.

Excellent news malika, another title to add to the increasing list.

Wow, musclechat needs a bigger trophy cabinet i think.

Thank you so much to Dougie for giving us the opportunity to compete over there: he paid all the expenses!

Was great to get to meet the other competitors of the team...

Appart from the italiens being too lowd & no shops open on sundays, it was a great weekend!

Malika winning her class before going on to win the overall ladies title.

It must be said Malika is one of the most professional, commited people in the sport that I have met, she cannot help but be successful with her level of dedication and commitment.

can i add to that that malika has a fantastic structure which can carry muscle elegantly while keeping her looking feminine! and also she has a look which immediately makes her stand out on stage!

...and her routines... well am sure some pics would do it justice...?
