Big congrats to bodyworks.. he took class 3 AND ovarall today at the NABBA N.EAST..

he looked fantastic and it was a pleasure to be battling for the overall against him..

Hi andi, there was one trained figure, who looked great in her first time out. will definately place well next week.
3 girls in toned figure, don't really know how to judge the standard, don't know what criteria to judge them by though. good show, alan who won the masters was full hard and sharp.

and adam, took a very well deserved second in the first timers class. he looked great, bang on condition, and did himself and our gym proud.

congrats to steve, who'll be a contender at the britain.

the musclechat members will be in force at the britain.
