Due to unforseen circumstances Stuart Core has had to withdraw from his guest spot at the WPF Scotland this again this year BUT we have now confirmed 2005 Mr. England, Mr. UK, top 5 Mr Uni, top 5 WPF World Champs, John "Ironman" Bridge as a guest star.

John is a quality bodybuilder with SLABS of quality muscle and will be well worth seeing one week out from his onslaught on the NABBA Britain.

Still confirmed are NABBA Mr. Britain Jimmy Salmond and WNBF Pro Vikki McCann and WNBF Pro World Champion Rob "Big Guns" Hope doing a joint guest spot. Its not often you get to see a male and female pro performing together on stage for all to see.

We will also have IFBB Pro Paul George at the show working on the Extreme Nutrition stall. Due to IFBB rules Paul is restricted in his activities at a non IFBB show but considering he is only going to be 2 weeks out of final condition for his second pro show Paul WILL be in super freaky condition and I'm sure while working on the stall in a pair of shorts and a vest will give everyone the chance to buy one of his proper pictures and get a snap with their own cameras too.

The show in Motherwell Civic Centre (Theatre) 01698 302388 is £14 (children £10) at the door with no advance tickets available so get along early, the show starts at 3pm and public access from 1.30 with athletes gaining access from 1pm.

as said, i have my nabba qualifier this wekend otherwise i would have been there mate..

My nerves are starting to let me know I'm still alive, but I think we're fairly well organised this time around - for a change!

I'll be at the Britain with your rotty, but try to catch me in the morning as Chris Wall is coming over too but he's spectating and that normally means we get in a mess and forget to watch the show!
