EXTREMEly scared of her as she has the BNBF British finals in 8 weeks so she'll be resuming cardio in 2 weeks and making me eat bloody diet food with her again!

I'll be expected to take on the bulk of the housework too, and sex will be off the agenda too, I hate living with a bodybuilder.

Well guys the big day looms this sunday, Jo competes in the BNBF British finals in Edinburgh.

She's well ripped and has brought out more shape in her legs now too, I really think she can win, I've seen her competition and I know she'll be best condition and will have the best back/arms/abs in the show but you never know how a womans figure class could end up.

I don't know how she's hacked the diet - she is so much better at dieting than I ever was.

Is anyone going to watch the show? We have a clothes and figurines stall at the show so come up and say hi if you are there.
