Default What Posing music !

As many of you know I am prepping for a contest and need to get my routine and music together now.

I need some good suggestions on good posing music. That isn't cheesy and been done a million times before.

Need to get my routine flowing nicely with the music now so by the time the show comes I have it off to a tee.

Not really too worried about the genre as long as its good and works well with a routine.

Hi there,

I`m from Gosport. Do you train at Dons gym then. I used to train at Fitness First at Fareham but looking for a more bodybuilding gym to train at. Trained at Dons before and thinking of doing so again.

cheers,

Jonno.

You cant beat dons gym. Alot of people usually end up coming back to train at dons. Theres nowhere else like it. I couldn't squat, leg press or bench press anywhere else.

P.s. he's just finishing painting the whole place  looks really good and bright strong colours.

I'm normally there from 17:30 until around 20:00 sometimes on monday, tuesday, thursday and friday.

You cant miss me, I'm the big barstard with the orange/red hair who rides a stupidly fast Yamaha R1

Come back to us mate.

Cheers for the reply,

Looks like you`ve talked me into going back to Dons place then. I know Don quite well anyway and found that I got a lot better training session there than the carpets and chrome place, where you have to que up behind some totty to get on the gear. Frustrating or what. By the time they`re finished you`ve gone off the boil. I look out for ya. A ginger ninja on a motor bike I`m lookin for then.

cheers,

Jonno.
