Hi, been on this forum for a while, just wondered if any of you lot out there is planning on competing next year ? wondered if the body spectacular thing had motivated anyone to do it.

the thought did cross my mind, thats a good program...i,m gonna see what i look like when i get to 19 stone, then have a think about it. if i did compete i would like to come in at about 16 stone on stage...

that`s some weight. how tall are you steve ? i think your plan is a good one, i`ve found in my experience, most people i`ve helped get ready have to lose about 3 stone. that`s generalising obviously.
