hey all,

anyone got all the results?

a couple of the guys from my local gym were competing, liked to no how they done.

Over 50s: Cavan Derby

Figure: Ronnie Blewitt

Fitness: Kizzy Gaines

Intermediates up to 80kg: Kev Gillespie

Over 80kg: Mark Price

Up to 70kg: Lee Williams

Ladies up to 57kg: Simona Evans

Up to 80kg: Paul George

Up to 90kg: Luke Nichols

Ladies over 57kg: Wendy Mccready

Paul George who won his pro card at the EFBB finals managed to place 8th at the Grand Prix on his first pro outing.

Paul was the most ripped man in the show and shocked a lot of people, the guy knows his stuff inside out.

Yes, I saw that, although he was dwarfed in size, his conditioning was immaculate. V good placing for first pro outing!
