Default getting brown.

Hi all I need some help and advice on this one, where, how,and what is the best way to get a tan fairly quickly, i know the sun will have a big part to play, but up here it's hit and miss, i was thinking about tablets,creams,sunbeds/tanning studios, also watching the skin cancer prob where these apply.

As always help advice and guidance gratefully accepted and appreciated.

Dave.

Hi Dave,

Most go on a sunbed about 3-4 times a week (allowing at least 24hrs between treatments) or there is the safest way and thats fake sun-tan cream, just keep applying about 2 times a week when you are happy with the darkness of your skin.

Sun is a problem yeah, so thats that out of the debate....lol

Only the above Im afriad, dont know about tablets apart from they make your skins pigmantation change slightly orange (in some people)....not good or golden brown in others (yeah thats more like it).

Sorry I cant help you more!

Last minute deal to the canary islands will sort you out mate. That is what I have just done had a week of 28 degrees and loads of sun - Not bad for march.

My mates all seem to have a couple of sunbeds a week and they are just as brown as me though!

dave do a 9 week course mate.

first week 3 times 6 minutes a session

next 8 weeks 3 times a week, 9 minutes each time,

make sure you use the creams though,

dont use a really hot one you will go so red(very embarrasing)

this is what i do,at the begginnig of april every year,by june you will be so brown mate.

it also brings out your definition and your muscles will look better when they are tanned.

hope this helps matey.

The redness from a sunbed should only last a couple of hours though it is not like a normal sunburn!
