Hello people!!!
I have read different things across the net and forums. Some say, no more than 20 mins, some say do 60 mins etc etc etc...... I'm trying to build muscle, but also cut my bf%. Is 30 mins cardio 5 times a week, cool? Or is that to much, if I'm looking to drop fat % and build muscle? ![]() |

You need to be in a calorific surplus to grow muscle.
45mins walking 5 days a week should keep enough fat off you. You buddy just need to get stronger. |

Hmm, my plan is to do three 45 minuite walks a week.
Im lucky as I live at the bottom of 2 hills! So I can just walk those. My question tho regard time of day and cardio. I hear that best time for these walks is early morning before eating. However this isnt really possible for me. Am I still getting something out of my walks if I perform them in he evening, after dinner? I know its not ideal, but am I getting ANY benefit from the walk at all? Thanks |
