Default What cardio for me

I just posted in the diet section for people to help me sort this out for me but I also need help with what type of carido I shoule be doing.

I've been training on and off for while but its hard to get a good routine going. I go to the gym at work in my dinner hour but this depends on what shift I'm on. I usually get atleast 3 sessions in a week but no cardio. I was going to start running a few times a week but would this be correct for what I want to achieve.

I'm currently 14 1/4 stone 5ft11. I want to lose about 1 stone for starters and tone up. I want a little more muscle mass but not too much as I would mess with my golf swing. The main area I need to lose the fat is around my stomach.

What would you guys recommend.

Alright mate, I've posted my diet in the diet section and have just purchased some whey protein and Kr-Evolution tablets.

I struggle with cardio at the moment as I use the gym at work so I dont get time to do weight and cv. Coming up though Ive got nearly 4 weeks off so Ill be joining a hym nearby and hammering the weights and cv for them weeks. I want to get my diet and routine sorted for these weeks.

I was planning on something like this.

Mon - Chest then CV
Tue - Legs then CV
Wed - Shoulders then Cv
Thur - Rest
Fri - back then Cv
Sat/Sun - rest

Weights I was planning on 3 sets off 10 on the exercises I do. CV was thinking of doing Rowing 30secs fast 30 secs rest x 10, then similar on bike.

Would this work for stripping some fat a building a little. If I get chance Ill post some pics in the pics section .
