Default mixing up the cardio

When doing plenty of cardio to lose some bodyfat. Will it be ok if i mix up the cardio.

10 mins on stepper
10 mins on rower
10 mins on treadmill
10 mins on cross trainer

this will be done 4 x week

I'd say whatever keeps you motivated, I keep it low impact other will say go for high impact but to burn fat and spare muscle low impact suits me best.

Whack some intervals in, they are the best for burning fat, you'll burn fat when your recovering doing intervals. Steady state is fine too, but once you stop then the fat burning stops too.
