Ive been told by the gym instructors that this uses up more calories than jogging. I gradually speed up the treadmill from 5.5 kph to 6.5 kph and sustain that speed for 30 minutes. Really gets up a sweat. |

Its good low impact cardio and can be done at any time. I also prefer cycling on the road and on the stationary bike too, the stationary bike allows you to watch tv, etc and do your cardio at home where actual road cycling is better cardio thanks to hills and road conditions. I like the bike because it has no negative impact on the joints unlike running. ______________________ www.extremenutrition.co.uk - 25% OFF FOR ALL MC MEMBERS, discount code MCD25. www.betterbodies.uk.com Seriously cheap sports nutrition!
