Comical Moment

No idea whether anyone saw Superkinny vs Supersize on tuesday night? I was on the cross trainer at the gym and they have 8 massive plasma TV's facing the cardio section... Anyway a bloke came on who was 32 stone... he then stripped down to his boxers... he was huge...

As if by magic at this point everyone on the cross trainers reached forward and pushed the intensity level up a few notches.. it was hilarious to watch..

Maybe the gyms should just keeo these shows on repeat as a motivation tool!!!??

Well after seeing what he had for breakfast each day made me feel better about my sunday bacon sandwich with the newspapers... Fat trimmed off i hasten to add!! ;-)

For those of you who didnt see the show his breakfast was two large sausage rolls in white baps with melted cheese as well... Talk about cardiac arrest in a bun...

Mate it was truly awful... if they bring it out on DVD i am buying it.. just so when i feel sluggish about going to the gym i will put it on!! Be out the door like a scalded cat!!

Well i work with a girl from Wigan and she explained its not as odd as it sounds as Wiganers have something called a 'Slappie'. This is a pie in a bread roll?!!!
