yep any sport is good cardio. Hardest thing about cardio is doing it. I'd always advise to do something you enjoy.

no problem mate. The only things people get a little peeved about is steroid questions from people who have done no research and are endangering themselves. As a beginner we all start somewhere so no worries, ask as many as you want.

Actually id go as far to say squash was catabolic! i mean its not a gentle walk in the park or is it a gentale jog, as an ex squash player i can say its ~ucking hard work and you can run for over an hour and your top should be drenched at the end if not then your either well good and playing against shit players or your not chasing the ball around.

Basically if something is catabolic or something results in catabolism it means that the body is breaking down muscle fibres in order to use them as energy as its glycogen (simple carbs stored in the muscles as fuel) reserves have been depleted.

I don't know if Squash is catabolic, but I'd bet there was a reasonable chance of it being so. However if you are bulking and eating the appropriate about of calories to bulk then I wouldn't worry about it too much to be honest.

Maybe badmington or tennis may be better in that case. I've had an offer of a badmington partner. I just didnt think that it would be exercising enough.

Honestly... Don't worry about it...

As long as you do some cardio you're fine
