| Legend Join Date: Apr 2004 Location: Near Chesterfield Posts: 782 Rep Power: ![]() | Any low intesity cardio is good as it won't burn muscle, HIT, running bag and pad work etc will put a lot of strain on recovery. If you ain't to fussed about growing then any cardio is good for you, if you are then stick with low intensity. |
