Question Breathing issues with cardio

I dont know if this affects any of you!

But heavy breathing asthma etc....

My biggest downfall is that I have difficulty breathing when running etc.... And no its not because im unfit!

What do you guys do about it? Help improve it etc....

you could try wearing the nasal strips or olbas oil or a menthol vapour rub to clear your airways. but i reckon you have to build up the power of your cardio vascular strength as you would build the strength of any other muscle. its a case of digging in, keep going, and you will in time increase your lung power.

Reishi might help you. Failing that try walking in high altitudes and train your body to do more and cope with less.
