Agree with extreme and abbs. Dance music really helps to grind out the mins during cardio for sure, but liftin thats where metal kicks in for me.

I actually find that if i am doing cardio and coming to the end of my hour a decent song can keep me going for five mins!!

ive always been a heavy metal/rock person but they were playing prodigy in the gym last night REALLY loud and that was quite good too..

Cardio - Ska / two tone now I'm showing my age...

Current favorite weights track Sisters of Mercy and Vision thing, not sure I'll pose to again tho.
Although as I said somewhere else really into the longest yard sound track at the mo - great mix of metal and gangsta rap.
