depends on your goals

Stepper - good for toning glute hamstring tie ins

X trainer - Good for HIT and Interval training

Walking - good for lazy bbers doing cardio

Running - Good for busting up your knees

Recumbent cycle - good for last 4 weeks of diet sort of like doing cardio in an armchair

Bike - Good for giving me a sore ass.

I do slow jogging for 45-55 mins trying to keep my heart rate below 65 %.

Apparently, a brisk walk on an incline for 45 mins on an empty stomach is the best for burning fat, but I dont have access to a tread mill when my stomach is empty, and I fear walking on a tread mill for 45 mins may send me suicidal
