Hi all. Was just wondering if anyone had any good training sessions for swimming. I keep hearing about how good a cardio session it can be also a good resistance workout???

Hi Bro!

I love swimming spesh when in great shape, u get a few stares lol. It is good cardio but not recommended if u wanna look hard and ripped as somehow the skin loses vascularity. U never see ultra shredded swimmers do u? But for overall fitness its worthwhile,

Interesting comment from Rianabol...

I think that the reason you never see shredded swimmers is the fact they are training for speed and endurance, and not training to get shredded...

Same as you never see a runner/cyclist with huge striations (spelling...?)

Hi Lads!

Well submerging the body in water for long periods of time will promote the body to store a little fat as a thermal layer i suppose, hence lack of vascularity. But in general swimming is great and if u are pretty lean anyway u get a few stares lol,
