What is everyones opinion on the type of cardio that is best for tightening up this area? Thanks! |

(at a speed im comfortable with with very little resistance) i prefer cross trainer in morning before breakfast as i feel this is an overall better cardio session and i feel it burns more calories for me. you also use your glutes/hams more... so in theory the separations should be better... BUT you cant spot reduce fat itll come off each site when its ready... unless ur using GH. ______________________ If your not a part of the greatest... you got to be the greatest yourself! Muscle used while going backwards are: Gluteus maximus, hamstrings, calfs (gastox/soleus). Aim for minimum of 10mins Guy's!!! |

Reference squats, if you have your feet slightly turned outwards during the squat then this ingages your Glutius a little more. |
