| Join Date: Jan 2007 Location: n.ireland Posts: 118 Rep Power: ![]() | speed walking twice daily for 30 min sessions, firstly in the morning before breakfast and late in the evening again does it for me. Sometimes on a treadmill but then i hit the roads when im bored of looking at the walls! |
