speed walking twice daily for 30 min sessions, firstly in the morning before breakfast and late in the evening again does it for me. Sometimes on a treadmill but then i hit the roads when im bored of looking at the walls!

i like to go for a power walk of a high incline walk on a treadmill, because you will burn fat on a low cardio workout.
if your cardio is high and intense you will burn cals and carbs 1st
