A stationary bike is NOTHING compared to a real bike on real roads, I was fkd in 20mins and my legs felt like they do after squatting, what a buzz. I really enjoyed it and am hoping to build it up each night so I can do about an hour each night but keep going a little further to measure my fitness, kind of racing against myself in time trials. The bloody mosquito things had a feast tho! ______________________ MMUK Musclechat.co.uk Manager |

Keep it up ! i plan to go out in the week sometime for a cycle ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |
