I wondered what you all do for cardio training and if anyone has any tips to relieve the boredom? www.extremenutrition.co.uk ______________________ www.extremenutrition.co.uk - 25% OFF FOR ALL MC MEMBERS, discount code MCD25. www.betterbodies.uk.com Seriously cheap sports nutrition! Cross trainer again with my training partner - Have a mini competition trying to keep it above 110rpm at level 16. Taking the stairs at the office / parking at the back of the car park - Walk to destination quickly but without getting out of breath. Plus assorted 'social' cardio |

My cardio is walking up & down hills around where I live listening to some cool 'Blues' on my MP3. I sooooo love the sound of someone being more miserable than me when I'm doing cardio! ! ______________________ APPLIED KNOWLEDGE, IS POWER!!!
