Default Who and what

I've not trained for 10 weeks now thanks to work commitments and lack of time but intend to start back next week with some light weights and cardio. I wondered what you all do for cardio training and if anyone has any tips to relieve the boredom?

Stationary bike can be nice and steady plus have your hands free.I take a training magazine to my gym when its cardio time, keeps you "in the zone" and gives a bit more insperation to what your doing.Rowers, steppers and cross trainers I find little bit more intense but good cardio and calorie burning.Train to music you personally like as well..makes a big difference to drive.

Power Walking at an incline with my training partner.
- Grunt and or talk to releive the boredom.

Cross trainer again with my training partner
- Have a mini competition trying to keep it above 110rpm at level 16.

Taking the stairs at the office / parking at the back of the car park
- Walk to destination quickly but without getting out of breath.

Plus assorted 'social' cardio

May have said thid before, but my memory is sh1te!!

My cardio is walking up & down hills around where I live listening to some cool 'Blues' on my MP3.

I sooooo love the sound of someone being more miserable than me when I'm doing cardio! !

Just tried the a new cardio program out from the New Rules of Lifting by Schuler and Cosgrove. It's pretty kick ass and only 19 minutes.
