I find if I try high intensity muscle weight falls off me like mad. |

Any cardio torturing device will do: Warm up: 5 minutes at a very easy pace Rounds: three minutes each. Crank up tension/pace as high as you can handle for 60 seconds. Then back off at a moderate pace for 2 minutes. Cool down: 5 minutes easy pace Total time: 19 minutes including warm up and cool down I usually start off at 9.9 for five minutes and my intense range is btwn 13.5 and 15.0. I use the 2nd interval of 3 minutes has my highest sprinting pace. If you need any more information just send me a message. It burns tons of calories afterwords, via EPOC. |

| Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: harrogate Posts: 73 Rep Power: ![]() | I used to do the bike when I was much heavier. I've always enjoyed running. I do a really good jump rope workout too with mountain climbers. Although, the women at the gym give me the dirtiest looks you've ever seen. |
