Default Would this help

Just wondering if this would help with a bulk if i eat this per meal about 5-6 a day

60g carbs
40g protein
20g fat

what you need to do is work out your daily calorie intake for the day, you are never going to be totally accurate but you 'll be near enough. with what you posted, thats quite a lot of fattry keeping your fat intake below 90 grams made up mainly mono sats, fish oil, nuts,(peanut butter) and I'd try and up your carbs, mostly complex,
oats are always an easy filler.
