Hey guys
I'm having a little trouble with my core muscles, particularly those muscles that suck the stomach in. I'm a regular gym goer, but during my older teens I completely neglected my core and for that my stomach sticks out and there is no muscle in that region. Recently I have restarted my bulking regime, Mondays- Bicep and back Wednesday- Tri and Chest Friday- Legs I have for the past 4 weeks trying to work on my core, throwing in core rotations and other exercises every gym session but don't seem to be feeling it. Is there any exercises which I can find which will target that muscle band around the waist which sucks everything in? Thanks |
