For your stomach? you mean abs i think. well as stated by some1 earlier apparently you NEED weight to build them up - that was a lie. they are a good addition, but you dont NEED weight the most important thing about ab excercises is variety and making sure you exhale on the contraction (or you wont get the full effect). -Leg lifts are excellent. -So are crunches. -Side boards and regular boards are also good for variety. -Swiss ball twists (i think thats the name - i call them that) - weighted ab machines now this is enough to get you started. hit them around 2-3 times a week using a couple of ex. each time. rep range is what you respond best to. I like doing 15 mins of abs and keeping the rep range 10-20 and multiple sets with short rests. Hope this helped somewhat |
