hi,im wanting to get quite alot bigger,im doing very intense training but cant seem to get that ripped look,should i incorporate a bit more cardio into my routine to burn off more fat?

cardio will burn fat, however if u up ur cardio, u might find it harder to put on any size. The best thing u could do would be to put up some more details about ur diet and current workout and people will be able to give u better assistance.
