Helps alot, I appreciate it

Most my TKD classes are at night, so will be going to gym beforehand so thats not much of a prob

The leg press today, I used a different machine, it was one of those KIKCLOS air mahines, dont know if you know of them? was set on about 160 whatever that means.

I will have to record weights, and start a journal I think, that way I can keep porgress of some sort.

I appreicate your views, and I will make a routine for myself based on the advice given, and see how it goes.

I have seen Kiklos air machines.I would hope the 160 was kilos.Sounds perfectly viable.A journal is a good idea. The guys on here are a collective pool of knowledge and will give you any pointers they feel you might need along the way.Just keep it simple, dont over complicate anything.Hit every muscle hard and thorough.Keep up the HIIT.Make little progressions over time.Stick to the plans you make and it will all come good.Don't forget to feed and rest well every week!
