I think are friend Wogihao put a superb link on another thread showing the Def JAm 'no gym workout' if u can't find it, a simple search on youtube for something like 'ghetto workout' should help. If u can find a park with monkey bars, u can hammer allsorts of dips and chins. If ur with a friend u could give them a piggy back and do calve raises, or find something of a reasonable weight to hold while doing lunges etc, hope that helps, but def search on youtube for some more ideas. |

They call it post isometric contractions. It's similar to doing that last rep when you can't do any more. I started using the protocol 3 weeks and I am seeing significant increases in strength.
