sure there are people on here who know alot more about it than me, but if I were you I'd put deadlifts in there somewhere. If you are training triceps anyway maybe just take out the dips (as this is mostly tri's) and replace that with deadlifts.

Are you wanting to stick with Fullbody...? Some people find it works great - you can't stay on it forever though.

Alternate deads and squats - consider doing box squats so your hammies are also worked.

Add in a shoulder movement like OHP.

Then re-order the workout - 'biggest' compounds first:

Deads/Box Squats
Bench
Chins
Dips
OHP
Tris
Bi's

You'll find after a while you'll need to move to a split, or re-assess the way you do your full body workouts.

Im not a fan of the full body,at least not 3 times in a week.I could'nt give each muscle the same focus from start to finish and that would leave me unfulfilled,JMO!Agree with Mark about the triceps though and Tall's re-order's better with some OHP's thrown in.There will come a time when you will need to break it down over days.

Lol I find that workout deeply ofensive - I have been shaken to the core by it.

I am insulted, my family is insulted, nay the nation is.

well you did ask.

I get a good result with OHP using my powerack with the pegs turned so you are on the outside of the rack. This gives loads of room and means you can start the bar from any height to suit. I have found this much better than lifting from the floor each set ( wasting energy) and if things go wrong I can just drop the bar forward onto the pegs.
