Default Best way to train for boxing!

Hi people!
thought I'd post my current training up so you guys can nail me as to where im going wrong, Im boxing 3 times a week at the mo so this is my main priority. Im also doing 3 sessions a week with weights. I know thats alot of training and most will say Im over training but im not sure how else to fit it all in.
here goes:

Monday: weights (early afternoon), Kettlebell training, various different exercises using kettlebells, usually
-kettlebells swings
-snatch
-shoulder press
& also train my neck with head harness

Boxing training in evening.

Tuesday: rest

Wednesday: weights (early afternoon) Chest and Back also neck (head harness)

Boxing in evening

Thursday: rest

Friday: Boxing in evening, neck training also.

Saturday: Circuit training with weights.

Sunday: Rest.

This is my usual training, When im coming up to a fight I will also do a run on the tuesday and thursday.

Now its your turn guys, all suggestions welcome.

Are you only focussing on training for boxing mate...? If so, do whatever your coach says...

If you want to do addition training, my questions would be where is the leg, shoulder, arm and forearm work...?

yes im only focussing on training which will help my boxing...
I dont tend to train my arms as an individual muscle, I figured that back exercises will also use a bit of biceps and chest triceps so my arms are getting some work.

id add in some leg work mate as im sure you know, legs deliver plenty of power when punching so working them can only be a good thing IMO

I can't fault anything in that regime its all the normal stuff. What you've got to ask yourself is where do you feel lacking? If the stamina, strength, speed, power, awareness, skill and resiliance boxes have all been ticked your on the road to success.Snatches, shoulder presses and lots of neck building is good.Cable punches aswell and barbell punches.

Rotational strength is too often neglected.Get cable twisting or horizontal wood chopping as bodysolid like to call them.

yes you're definately right mate, most of your punching power comes from the legs. The trouble I have with doing heavy work on legs is becuase of the amount of running we have to do within the boxing if I train my legs heavy it leaves my legs exhausted for running. especially when you have to do hill runs, as you can imagine trying to sprint up a hill aint the easiest at the best of times let alone after doing squats the day before lol. That being said I do work legs in the circuit training I do on saturdays.
