| Making Progress | if you had just broken a bone in your hand and therefore had no grip for the next month....meaning any pressing or curling movement is out...would you simply train with the good hand ( one side of the body )....or have a break for the month ? ______________________ im forever blowing bubbles pretty bubbles in the air they fly so high, nearly reach the sky then like my dreams they fade and die |

| gotta agree with ya mate missing works easy but training aint. Not a good idea only training one side for a month though cos when you come back to both sides you would have a laggin side, which aint good. ______________________ "Lack of will power has caused more failure than lack of intelligence or ability."
