You know the way you hear about some people who have to get in shape quickly or I've heard a few people say about it for comps. It would be totally draining but possibly if you worked opposing muscles and COULD do it anyone think that it's get more bang for your buck? Looking to work out how I could squeeze out the biggest gains in 1 month with a plan including compounds and basic free-weight exercises n eating as much of the food I need as poss. Cheers ![]() |

It was more a theoretical question, my buddy n me were talking about the exercise progs that you see some actors go on etc. When I got into training before it took months before I noticed differences so I know what to expect, thanks for the caution heads-up though Any thoughts on the 2 exercises a day though out of interest? |

I did mean am/pm but also i thought well it would be hard to do it same muscles (if not impossible) so I imagine it would be different muscle groups. |

It depends on the person and there style of training. I would say you need to work up to that level of volume though. like build it up gradualy. And to be honest alot of the people doing routines like that are either doing it for short periods (like what was said prepareing for a film) or are on the cell tech. |
