Default gym hook gloves

Are they actually any good?

Because once my gloves are on and the straps are on I dont have much grip for dedding!

Are these actually worthwhile????

In a word...NO!

The hooks tear away from the glove after a few weeks of heavy deading.Straps are better.Improve your grip strength. This will save you money on useless inventions.

We have chalk pods.I'd go as far as to say chalking is actively encouraged. Our gym is old skool.Stone and rusty metal. The way it should be.The only thing your'e 'not allowed' to do is stand still for more than 60 seconds or you will be bog washed.Oh and string more than 10 words together at one time.Fannying around and gossiping about so and so's dirty Mrs is for Leisure Centre's and Yupi health clubs.

I still think Splint should work on his grip strength.

Agreed. Nothing like having your palm skin ripped off doing some farmers walks

I should really also do some overhand Rack holds

Rack holds are good.Another good method is filling your pockets with beef jerky and dangling from the branches of the old Oak at the centre of the Lion enclosure at Longleat!

You'll be deadlifting a Tomahawk criuse missile in no time.
