Default Can I train again in the evening as I missed my shoulder routine this morning?

This morning I had just finished my 4 sets of back excercises and was about to move on to my shoulder excercises when all of a sudden I started feeling faint. So my question is... can I go back and train my shoulders at around 5pm as I trained my back this morning at 10am? My break is tomorrow and I have arms the day after so I assume it wont be good training shoulders tomorrow if I have arms the next day. What do you guys think?

When i did my commando test with the marines most of us were still going the gym doin a weight session after just completing a 30 mile speed march, you will be surprised the amount of punishment the body can take

id say yes as long as you feel fine after feeling faint earlier, cant be any worse than training them in the same session IMO
