I believe Tall is saying palms facing towards you on pull-ups and toward the ceiling on rows

Just back from the push day, ending up doing narrow grip bench instead of dips, but by the time I got to them I was hammered!

Ended up doing 4 sets of 8 to finish me off, but will increase the weight next time for 3 sets of 8.

Sorry for sounding dubious about the lack of exercises, had this finished after 40 minutes and my triceps were pounding when I left.

Looking forward to doing the other days now.

3 Sets of 20 Reps on Deads, Chins Squats is too much IMHO.

Don't get me wrong - it has its place, as does all high rep work.

Try 5x5 (5sets, 5reps), and look to increase the weight each week.

Ok thanks, wasn't too sure about the 3 sets of 20, will do 5 x 5 on those.
