I have now changed it so I do chest and back first on those days, and made it so I don't do shoulders after chest and tricep day. ![]() ![]() |

I'll leave someone else to critique the rest ______________________ The little men who live behind my eyes and scream directly at my brain told me to tell you hello. Biggest Compounds first. For example on your list you are doing Squats last, when really they should be first. Deadlifts are also traditionally considered a back exercise. You could also chop alot of those exercises out to be honest...

And then if I put calves into legs day that leaves a whole day free for shoulders, so that might as well be in one of the other days...which leaves me with a 3 day split. I think I will do your routine.. The Routine Pull Day (Back and Bis) Deadlifts Chins (Palms facing) or Lat Pulldowns Rows (Palms facing if you wish) Legs Squats SLDL Calf Raises (Optional) Push Day (Chest,Tris and Shoulders) Bench (Flat or Incline) Overhead Press Dips Or Close Grip Bench Press Is that really enough exercises? Like can I not whack in some bicep curls etc?? |

The Palms Facing PullUps / Rows will give your Bis a good workout.
