| Illuminati | if youre natural i think youre body would benefit from a days rest regardless of training a body part that isnt sore. deads and squats work the whole body... ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |

As you asked the question, I'd guess you're are following Single Factor Training, in which case train when your muscles have recovered sufficiently to allow you to train. If I have a little ache in my legs, I'll still train legs. If I can't walk and struggle to get upstairs... Then I won't train legs... ![]() | |

| i always rest if its more than a very very small ache, hard to explain but its what i feel comfortable with. Guess its to do with learning how your body copes while recovering and when its recovered. ______________________ "Lack of will power has caused more failure than lack of intelligence or ability." I'm working on a different training programme right now as a natural where I have broken my workouts down into 6. I thus train my whole body over 6 workouts so roughly I only train each body part once every 9/10 days. I feel this gives a large recovery time whilst massaging my mental health by allowing me to train frequently. Also my lagging parts receive more focus and have improved noticeably. |
