Default ab cramps

Hey all,
as of late i get real bad cramps in my ab muscles after the first set of crunches or any exercise for that matter.
I've been eating so many bannannas I feel like an f' ing ape.
Any thoughts from the veteran builders here would be appreciated.

well i don't know if i count as a veteran yet, but i'm world champion of cramps. and ab cramps more so than anything. simple solution mate, get yourself a decent multimineral supplement and take everyday. it works for me.

I used to get bad leg and foot cramps. Now take a quinine pill each day, really helps.

I take a daily multi. Maybe it's just not a good one. Thanks for the input.

Its just a pure quinine tablet, got from Boots. You can also drink Tonic Water as its choc a bloc with quinine. We used to have it when we squaddies got malaria. But is also recommended to help curing cramps. I can't explain the science though.
