Mike Menzer was a beleiver in this. ______________________ Back on the mend, after 2 mths off with injuries im starting back beginning of May. Ill need an operation later on in the year though.... |

Is that correct ? Or do I just do it once a week on leg days or is it daily at end of whatever your doing ? Okay here are some HIIT examples: Sprint 2 mins, walk 1 min, repeat 7 more times. Tabatas (20sec work/10secs rest) on either the concept rower or thrusters. Pick which one fits your workout. Hint: Don't do thrusters on the day you do shoulder shoulders, don't do concept rower on back day, don't do the sprints on legs day... Has that helped? Or am I just confusing things...? ![]() | |
