Red face Muscleworks Gym

I have just decided after nearly 2 years of training i'm gonna leave my fancy gym which i pay £36 per month, And join Muscleworks Gym in Bethnal Green for only £39 per month.
I only live down the road from there.I saw the website which shows a demo tour of the place. When i saw the amount of weights they have it felt like i died and went to heaven.

Just worried that a 11st muscleman will feel out of place next to a 20st beast.
Are the monsters seperate from us wannabie's

Thats untapped knowledge at your finger tips. Pay attention. You will soon, pay your dues and then pass the buck.

Thought you said you did not want to get big mate, and that you prefer the lean slim look.

anyway think your doing the right thing as these guys will help and inspire you. Certainly worked for me

moving to a proper gym is a really daunting thing to do i know.. it'll be worth it though - for one you'll get help from people who actually know what they're doing..

I found everyone was loads friendlier too!

Question Re: Muscleworks Gym

Ali i do not want to get huge mate,, doesn't mean i cant go and use a proper gym tho..Cause they have big muscles it doesn't mean they are strong.....I bet im stronger than most of them in there..lol lol

And yes i do still want the lean and more defienition look

Do you people think i would look out of place in muscleworks?????

I'm sure you'll be fine... As long as you don't keep telling all the big lads in there you don't want to look like them...
