| Making Progress  Join Date: Dec 2006 Location: london Posts: 349 Rep Power:   |  Muscleworks Gym I have just decided after nearly 2 years of training i'm gonna leave my fancy gym which i pay £36 per month, And join Muscleworks Gym in Bethnal Green for only £39 per month. I only live down the road from there.I saw the website which shows a demo tour of the place. When i saw the amount of weights they have it felt like i died and went to heaven. Just worried that a 11st muscleman will feel out of place next to a 20st beast. Are the monsters seperate from us wannabie's ______________________ BENCH PRESS 100KG 1 X 1 DEADS 140KG 1 X 1 SQUATS 140KG 1 X 1 5'6 75KG AND STILL GROWING |

Certainly worked for me  ______________________ Back on the mend, after 2 mths off with injuries im starting back beginning of May. Ill need an operation later on in the year though.... |

I found everyone was loads friendlier too! |
