looked on there website earlier looks like a massive place with everything you could dream of, might even have to have a look for myself next time im passing and got a spare half hour at work

Yeah its a really good gym, I keep meaning to have sessions with my mate in there but were usually hungover or what not (explaining why im in mile end)
