Hi BigPumpa - Pikey's routine is probably less volume that the routine you initially suggested...

I've done one of Pikey's routines for 6 weeks - and got some good improvments on lagging areas, however my conditioning isn't to the same level as his so theres no way I could run one of his routines all year round (he's been training for one or two years longer than I have... )

If you want to run the routine you reposted thats fine... I wouldn't however do more exercises for small muscles like arms than I was doing for back... But thats just an opinion.

Not many would train triceps after back etc, you run the risk of having fatigued assistance muscles when you hit your relevant torso muscle next. If arms are seriously lacking go for a seperate arm day training triceps first.

As for volume that aint a lot of volume, but I have been lifting for a long time :-) go with whatever works for you mate
I took your advice from the other thread on my routine to moving triceps with cardio, your right they do feel more warmed up compared to when I was doing it with biceps.

Any the feckin kill for days after, but im doing rather high volume though. But I would not suggest it to most people, but im loco!
