| Banned Making Progress | I have started to do only incline press on 1 day then on another day do flat and decline(which i never done decline untill now, is it worth doing decline or not????does it do much??? I just find it too much to do on 1 day plus when i finish doing incline i can barely do flats....I LIKE TO LIFT HEAVY AS POSS but after incline i cant do much,,,,, |
