Wink Chest Excercise

I have started to do only incline press on 1 day then on another day do flat and decline(which i never done decline untill now, is it worth doing decline or not????does it do much???

I just find it too much to do on 1 day
plus when i finish doing incline i can barely do flats....I LIKE TO LIFT HEAVY AS POSS but after incline i cant do much,,,,,

i only do 1 exercise per body part mate-
if youre lifting heavy its all you need.
try dips instead of declines.
