Deadlift
Rows
Pulldowns / Chins

In that order. Although I don't think any other real back exercises exist...

You tell me Sailor... I think knitting is mainly a forearm exercise....

And how did the Poll magically appear???

Looking at your Poll, you have 3 variations on Rows, and 2 Rear Delt Exercises.... And no deadlifts in there... And you've changed it to read: "Upper back"... :rolleye11

Hardly obnoxious Gary/Gavin/Gareth....

When I replied the first time there was no poll... The next time... There was a poll...

The poll appeared like the shop keeper in an Episode of Mr Benn...

Tall the poll was there, i can confirm i saw it straight after Gazz posted, i just never got around to answering. How can you say deads, rows, chins/pulldown are the only back excersise?

What a silly remark to make, i dont dead or row, so im doing me back all wrong. And for the record your comment was obnoxious, but you knew that.
