Lol! well at least i get you jokes mate and no offence taken... i started in my early 20s i think around 22 possibly and then stopped around 32is to focus on my business and family, no room for both.

Started backup 2 years ago.

Back on the mend, after 2 mths off with injuries im starting back beginning of May. Ill need an operation later on in the year though....

started at 15 years old. i'm 29 now and the longest break i've had was 2 months, several years ago. i should probably be bigger looking at that, what have i been doing with my time.

In total yes mate over 10 years, my highest weight was between 14 & 15 stone and not much fat either.

I only count the last year really as actual training. Before that I had no idea what I was doing... Now I'm starting to get an idea what I'm doing... And hopefully at somepoint I'll actually know what I am doing...


But to answer your question I've been doing some kind of weights (more in frequently that frequently...) for at least 10 years. 9 of which were wasted (mainly by not training.... )
