| Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: Solihull UK Posts: 452 Rep Power: ![]() | One thing is clear, that the ideal ROM is confused to say the least, an oldhe gym who was a top powerlifter in his day, is always on at me to get thru the full range, I find this ok as long as I don't go heavy, I ussually aim for a weight I can do 20 reps with if i'm doin the full range. I think I'll stick with a similar method to the one suggested by gazz, keping it nice and safe in the middle. Thanx all for ur imput. |

Just like supersets, drop sets, rest-pause etc...You do the same old, same old day in day out then you'll get stale. ______________________ APPLIED KNOWLEDGE, IS POWER!!!
