I don't workout bodyparts unless they overlap so its of little disadvantage I'm not jumping between chest and legs for example. I could rest longer between sets but sadly I don't have the time. |

| Fatboy, im making gains but wondered if i could be better off with one group followed by another, i do like the feeling of the extra pump and fatigue. Ill stick with it this way for a month and see how the gains compare, nothing to lose. Im always looking for ways to improve my training and what i get back form all the hard work i put in. Nath, slightly different to what i meant or what i was getting as but along the lines of what i was doing all be it, yours is superseted. But as you say works for you and if its one thing iv learnt from all the reading on here, one thing doesnt always work for some but maybe for someone else and that we are all different.
