Its not the weight its the utter fatigue. I don't workout bodyparts unless they overlap so its of little disadvantage I'm not jumping between chest and legs for example. I could rest longer between sets but sadly I don't have the time.

Yep, I train chest with back, supersetting incline with widegrip chins, and flat bench withlat pulldowns etc. I think by training triceps inbetween chest exercises, ur doing ur chest a disservice, I find that sometimes, my triceps fatigue before my chest while pressing, for this reason, i alternate between my ussual exercises and a pre-exhaust routine.

Fatboy, im making gains but wondered if i could be better off with one group followed by another, i do like the feeling of the extra pump and fatigue. Ill stick with it this way for a month and see how the gains compare, nothing to lose. Im always looking for ways to improve my training and what i get back form all the hard work i put in.

Nath, slightly different to what i meant or what i was getting as but along the lines of what i was doing all be it, yours is superseted. But as you say works for you and if its one thing iv learnt from all the reading on here, one thing doesnt always work for some but maybe for someone else and that we are all different. But when this is broke maybe ill try your way LOL

cheers guys, given me food for thought

Yeah have to agree with the guys I have tried loads of different ways. I just do what feels right these days. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
